Architecture
Kinetic Facade
FRIDA is exceptional with its architecture and kinetic facade. The project is an original design by Giorgi Khmaladze.
The kinetic facade creates a constant spectacle and a new space of attraction with the slightest movement of the wind. There are only a few facades of this type in the world, and it is the only one in the region.
Frida is a 7-story building featuring: a gym, a restaurant, courts, a beauty salon, offices, a pool and terrace, a spa, individual office spaces, and a rooftop.
